At Haffenden Training Solutions, we aim to provide high-quality training and excellent customer service. We understand that plans can change, so we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply:

14 or more days before the course date:
✅ Full refund or no-fee rescheduling. -
7 to 13 days before the course date:
🔁 50% refund or free rescheduling. -
Less than 7 days before the course date:
❌ No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion and may incur an admin fee.
2. Cancellations by Haffenden Training Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to:

Trainer illness

Low participant numbers

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, severe weather)
If we cancel your course, you will be offered:

A full refund

A rescheduled date at no additional cost
We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g. travel, accommodation).
3. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a course without prior cancellation notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.
