This fun and interactive course introduces children (ages 6-12) to basic first aid, teaching them how to respond to common injuries and emergencies with age-appropriate training and hands-on activities.
Cancellation Policy
At Haffenden Training Solutions, we strive to make the booking process simple, transparent, and fair. This Booking Policy outlines the terms related to booking any of our training courses. 1. How to Book Bookings can be made online via our website, by email, or by phone. Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide an invoice or payment link. Your booking will only be secured once full payment or a deposit (as specified) has been received. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required at least 7 days before the course date unless agreed otherwise. Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or another agreed method. Late payment may result in the cancellation of your place on the course. 3. Booking Confirmation Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with course details, joining instructions, and any pre-course requirements. Please check this information carefully and inform us of any errors or required adjustments. 4. Group Bookings For group bookings, a single point of contact must be provided for communication and payment. A list of participant names and any specific requirements (e.g. accessibility needs) must be submitted at least 5 days before the course. 5. Minimum Numbers Some courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If minimum numbers are not met, we may offer alternative dates or a full refund. 6. Accessibility & Special Requirements We aim to make all our courses accessible. Please inform us of any access, learning, or medical requirements when booking. Reasonable adjustments will be made to ensure equal participation for all attendees. 7.
